Projects include our role as partners in BMW Group's MINI E Consortium with Oxford City Council, Oxfordshire County Council, Oxford Brookes University and SSE. The MINI E project involved the real life trial of 40 x MINI Es with a mixture of private and fleet drivers. This project was part of the UK Govt's Ultra Low Carbon Vehicle Demonstrator for trials of electric and hybrid vehicles. Over the project delivery plan from 2009-2012, SCI specialised in research methodology, data gathering and analysis, new business models and fleet user research.

Projects include our role as Innovation Coach to SME's with advanced technology and high growth potential. SCI has coached companies in Sweden, Finland, Holland, France, Spain, Portugal and UK on the EU's Horizon 2020 SME Instrument. The SME's have been awarded Phase 1 or Phase 2 grant funding and expertise through the Executive Agency for SME's (EASME). SCI has been invited to assist EASME's Academy Services for SME's.

This project was to successfully launch the UK Govt's global innovation hub and testing ecosystem for connected & autonomous mobility. SCI partnered with the APC, CCAV, EY, Fable, Ford, JLR, HORIBA MIRA and Innovate UK on strategy, branding, governance, marketing, PR, funding competitions and launch communications. SCI secured Govt Ministerial approval of the branding, strategy, business planning and funding for Meridian.

Heliox

Heliox

Projects include cooperation with Bus OEMs, City Authorities and Public Transport Operators to identify opportunities for collaboration on electric bus trials. Heliox has developed highly competitive smart charging systems for overnight and opportunity charging of electric buses. Heliox are world leaders in installing electric bus charging infrastructure and are keen to assist the development of electric bus public transport in the UK.
